Naples..I want to live there! Pizza, pizza, pizza..you haven't eaten pizza until you've had real Napolitano style..and it's a fraction of the price that you'd pay at home for a substandard replica! Mmm. Also the people are sooo friendly. There are plenty of historical sites to see, castle after castle; unfortunately we didn't get to Pompeii or to the islands..I'll be back Napoli as soon as I can :)  Hitchhiking to and from Naples was also all in our favour..from the other side of Italy we just got two lifts and we were there! Then leaving Naples to get to Rome we got a lift from la polizia, and they drove at 190 km an hour, and even posed for photos when they dropped us off! Guns and all! As we took the photos a man spotted our sign and offered us a lift to Rome, so we didn't have to hitchhike: which was lucky because it's illegal on motorways in Italy.. We've been invited to dinner with his family this evening; a real Roman family!

Pour aller jusqu'à Napoli, on a fait Pescara > Rome > Napoli, car apparement c'etait le meilleur chemin. On a eu la chance de faire Rome > Napoli dans un 4x4 BMW flambant neuf, un peu d'air frais et de confort, ca fait pas de mal !
Arrivé à Napoli, Michele, un ami de Una, est venu nous chercher en voiture et nous a fait faire un tour ds la ville. On a vu le magnifique chateau, et un peu de la vieille ville. On a aussi réalisé l'exploit de se changer tout en marchant (Michele était en retard au travail et nous on devait se rendre à un point précis avant qu'il reparte avec nos vetements). Ensuite on a rejoint d'autres couchsurfers qui nous on fait visiter la ville, et Filipo nous a indiqué une super pizzeria, très bon marché, terasse en exterieur sur une petite place charmante, et pizza absolument delicieuse, je n'en ai jamais mangé de pareilles en france ! Ensuite on a rejoint plusieurs couchsurfers sur la Piaza Bellini. Vers minuit, on est allé à coté de l'université, sur un place remplie de monde et on est resté là a parler de tout et de rien jusqu'à 4h du matin. C'etait très agréable, j'ai rencontré beaucoup de gens très interessants. Merci à Michele pour la coordination et l'animation de la soirée, et merci à Daniele pour nous avoir prété un appart rien que pour nous en plein centre de Napoli !

Determined to hitchhike a boat out of Venice, we were dissapointed to find that most of the boats that passed were taxis; and there was no way I'd go with the one that was offering us a free lift, kind and all as he was to offer to stay at his for as long as we wanted :(P In the end we went back to the more reliable road worthy vehicles; but if you choose a good spot I really do think it's possible to hitchhike a boat out of Venice; maybe next time! It was a tough day for hitchhiking all round, and we arrived in Ancona pretty late. Our final lift of the day was Marco who went well out of his way to get us where we were going; thanks Marco! Luckily our multilingual host Francesco knew all the best spots in the city; so in a short space of time we met the Pope, had a rest in a secret garden, saw the city and coastline from a height, discovered that you can have a real motorbike made of Lego, went to a live outdoor concert and realised that everyone that says that there's nothing to see in Ancona doesn't know the place at all. The next morning we went to see Porto Novo, the stretch of beach with cliffs at your back. We know the best secret pathway if anyone is ever visiting the area and wants to see something cool :)

On a essayé le bateau stop pour partir de venise mais ça ne marche pas trop. Arrivé a ancona, on retrouve Francesco, il nous emmène manger dans un endroit super chouette et très bon marché. Après on se pose dans un petit endroit "secret" en forme d'amphithéâtre. Ensuite, il nous emmène dans les locaux de son assoc' un bâtiment incroyable en plein centre d'ancona. Plus tard on est allé a un concert en centre ville, ou on a rencontré une autre couchsurfeuse qui arrivait de honk kong. Le lendemain matin Francesco nous a emmené a porto novo, puis en haut d'une falaise d'où on a pu admirer la mer et les plages vu d'en haut, absolument magnifique !

Hier soir, on s'est tellement amusées, qu'on est finalement allée se coucher à 5h du matin. A 7h on a été réveillé par les garçons qui était en train de faire une bataille de coussin dans la pièce à coté. On a ensuite cherché un supermarché et on s'est retrouvé sur le toit d'une propriété de luxe en prenant des couloirs et des escaliers qu'on aurait pas du prendre !
Ensuite, Fabrizio, notre hote Milanais, est venu nous chercher vers 11h sur le vieux port de Genève. On a mangé des lasagnes qu'il avait faites, et des patisseries spéciales de Milan. Ensuite, on a fait une longue sieste, puis on est allé faire un tour dans Milan.
